If you’re in the Los Angeles area, make sure to stop by the second annual Bioblitz in the Santa Monica Mountains, California, May 30-31. This 24 race to identify as many species as possible will involve scientists, naturalists, and volunteers like you. The event is hosted by National Geographic and the National Parks Service, and My Wonderful World will be on hand to join in the fun and help infuse a geographic perspective.
